He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and working as corporate & risk management solutions provider since 2001. He got rich experience and skills in the field of Business Planning, MIS, Financial risk assessments etc. He is also having a very good experience in the area of cost optimization and control. As a consultant, he worked at senior level as strategic partner for reputed companies. While working at the corporate level and advising HNI clients, he got a very good experience in financial planning which includes investments in real estate, equity, mutual funds etc. depending upon strategic management of their funds. He is also founding partner of VAR & Associates, a reputed firm of Chartered Accountants.

She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualified DISA and in practice since 1997. She is also a founder partner of VAR & Associates (CA Firm) and in the profession as  a Chartered Accountant for more than 18 years. She acquired rich experience in the area of risk management, internal audit, etc. with in depth knowledge of various business process & control. She is an expert in indirect taxation (VAT & Service tax). She is having good exposure in personal taxation, financial security analysis and other risk parameters relating to investment  that enhances her capability to advise HNI clients, whether in business or corporate jobs for their fund management with lower burden of taxation as well as capital  security.

He is a B.Com graduate of university of Allahabad, 1965, got an L.L.B degree from university of Calcutta, then qualified his C.A., in 1970 from I.C.A.I., New Delhi. He had served various reputed firms, like Tisco. Ltd. (Now Tata Steel Ltd) in the area of internal audit and in Management of Accounting & Statutory Return Systems in the period of 1973 to 1979, then onwards he began his practice as a Chartered Accountant with Gyan Prakash & Company as a founder member in various states like, Mumbai and Gaya. His major area of specialization is audits which include Bank audits, Service Tax audits, VAT audits, etc. & other risk assessment in Financial as well as Inventory Systems for various business enterprises.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate from Ajmer University. He has been a practicing chartered accountant since 1996 and has got rich experience in managing the fund requirement, working capital, term loans, investment management, etc. while working for good real estate developers, builders, equity market companies in different states. His work profile which included internal audits, risk assessments, cost structuring for these types of companies enhanced his capability to anchor big investments for the clients in different asset classes.

He holds a Masters degree in commerce from the University of Delhi, 2003. Previously, He had worked in reputed organizations like Religare, India Infoline etc. on upper positions. He has rich experience and exposure to Equity Market, Mutual Funds, Real Estate and other derivative market like currency trading for more than 15 years. At au fait, he has been dealing and advising on different asset classes for investment which includes: Real estate, mutual funds, equity etc. His in-depth knowledge of market study, different financial risk parameters enhances his capability to provide a specialist service to the clients.

He is a Masters of Business Administration from IMS Ghaziabad, 2005.  He had already worked with few reputed organizations like N.K. Realtors or so on as a Territory Manager in the Financial Services department and have developed rich experience in Real Estate Consulting Services through a career span of 11 years till date. At au fait, he is looking after our Bihar and nearby states and dealing primarily with real estate class investment division. He possesses good analytical skills, understand well the exact requirement of clients and then advise the investment options.

She holds a Masters’ of Science degree from the University of Delhi, but she was escalated towards making her career in research & relationship management. She heads the Research team of au fait in different investment options like Real Estate Asset Class, Mutual funds etc. Her research covers the extensive study and evaluation of various factors & parameters effecting an investment like Legal implications, Management of Asset as well as the Funds, Location advantages, Government policies, upcoming developments in related sectors which also boost her competence to engage clients and business associates of au fait.

He is a commerce graduate from the University of Delhi and holds an MBA degree in Finance from SMU. He has a vast experience in finance and has a good understanding of the real estate market. Also, he understands well Mutual fund and Equity Market. He is instrumental to the research and risk management at au fait.

He holds a Bachelor degree in commerce from the University of LNMU, 2012. He has exposure and an inclination towards the fields of Taxation, Funds Planning, Working capital requirements for different classes of investors.  At au fait, he is successfully handling the client servicing part which is the backbone of an Investment-cycle, e.g. arranging the loan facility, getting the funds released, compliances of taxation part, and hassle free communication from first stage to the last stage of investment-cycle. In his Presence, clients do not need to worry about any operational aspect in regard to their investments, whether it is real estate, equity or mutual funds.

She is a graduate from the University of Delhi and pursuing MBA from SMU also. Her core area of expertise is accounting, reconciliations with clients as well as third parties like developers, builders, banks, etc. and scheduling the timely payments which enhances our capability to give efficient service up to the core satisfaction of au fait clients.
